They now run the company, with John Flatley Senior retained as an expert and advisor. John and Luke joined Flatley Construction after completing their apprenticeships within similar organisations. Qualified in construction management, with their own ideas and years of experience in the industry; their ambition is to grow the company to new heights using technology and modern ways of working. Their aim is to continue the solid relationships built by their father with existing clients, whilst welcoming new clients as they develop the business portfolio.
